A truly unique experience, the Gift Shop has been decked out in locally sourced exotic timbers (such as cedar, red gum, camphor laurel) and reclaimed timber from the original buildings from the property. It has a rustic feel, without the cobwebs and dirt!
You can browse and admire a lot of local handicrafts including woodwork, spun yarns (including alpaca, mohair and camel), scarves, leather work and cards. Here is also the place to pick up your supply of Carrs Peninsula Organic Olive Oil - Frantorio, Manzanillo, and of course some of the infused oils (perfect for salads), and don't forget some table olives, natural, five spice, mint, garlic and chilli, ginger and garlic.
With views over Carrs Creek, you can take a seat and enjoy a cappuccino or cup of tea, with a biscuit or cake. All the food served from the Cafe is locally sourced, including Woombye Coffee (from nearby Illuka).
